TERMS OF SERVICE

♥ I reserve the right to refuse any commission request.
♥ Once coloring has started the commission is non-refundable unless there are special circumstances.
♥ Digital files will not be shipped, your file (an un-watermarked full resolution PNG) will be sent via email or discord.
♥ Upfront payment only, Stripe or Paypal. Payment plans may be accepted for larger commissions.
♥ The commission cannot be used for commercial use unless you have paid for the rights to commercial usage (typically 25%-50% more, ask me for more info for your specific commission)
♥ Please allow 1-2 months for a commission to be completed.
♥ Payments are in USD.
♥ WIPs will be provided as necessary. I will work as closely with you on the project as you wish, and there will be many opportunities to change elements of the commission before completion.
♥ It is your responsibility to communicate any problems or suggestions to me. I will not be responsible for an unsatisfactory commission as a result of the commissioner's lack of communication.
♥ All orders will be processed under invoices. This typically means I will send you something in your email to pay with. Do NOT pay me with paypal the normal way. I use invoices to make my taxes easier so please don't cause me problems by paying this way!

Notes:
♥ Chibi commissions are fully rendered, full body pieces. They always include full body illustration and complex shading unless specified otherwise. They are still priced full price even if you opt for a smaller piece, they're just not worth my time otherwise unfortunately because I'm super busy all the time :<♥ PNGTubers are typically half body except for little small guy commissions, character designs with extremely simplistic designs (think like sanrio style characters) usually come full body unless asked otherwise. A regular complexity design would be similar to, say, ash ketchum. A complex character design would be something like a genshin impact character design. When in doubt, ask!!!♥ Faux Anime Cel Commissions (coming soon!) are real painted cels imitating the style of 90s anime (or cartoons if you prefer!) As these will be physical media, they will be mailed to you. You must provide a mail worthy address. It is also possible for me to frame the piece itself for you, but that will cost extra, both in a convenience fee (for having me do it) and extra in shipping (as the frame will effect the weight of the item significantly and require additional protective packaging) An additional section to my TOS on cel commissions will be added when I start offering these types of commissions. Though the TOS will be more thorough, please note that I will NOT process cel commissions that could be confused for real anime cels. This means I will not create faux anime cels of canon characters in real cel animated works. This can be circumvented through the use of fanmade characters, characters who have never appeared in official cel animated works, etc. I basically want no chance of the commission being sold as a bootleg. If you would like a work involving a canon cel animated character it must involve a non cel animated character to be processed (for example: Drawing a fan trainer character design with a pikachu would be fine, or even pikachu with, say, sailor moon. As long as it's obvious that the work is a piece of fan art and not a real production cel that is what I care about) No restrictions on this for characters fully owned by you, this is purely for protecting the integrity of my own work and brand. If you want to commission a piece of art with your own characters and try to pass it off as real I can't really stop you! (though I do hope you do so in good fun rather than maliciously but I'm not your boss :shrug:)

NOTE: Complex Environment Backgrounds are a negotiable price, depending on how much work is being asked of me. The 100$ price tag listed is the Starting Point, not necessarily the final price.

Other Information to Know

♥ Characters who have complex designs may incur a complex design fee of my choosing (typical range is around +15-30$ though extra complex characters may cost more)
♥ The more complex the artwork, the longer it may take to create. Please be patient with me if you choose an art piece with a lot of visual elements
♥ A simple pattern BG is a background with a repeating element or color. Examples can include but aren't limited to: a solid color background, a polka dot pattern, a specific shape pattern such as hearts or stars, etc.
♥ Characters are allowed to have 1 prop free, if the prop is complex that will be considered in the complex character fee, no other additional fee will be incurred unless adding additional props.
♥ "Base price" for extra characters refers to the basic price for a character in the style you have chosen. For example, if you choose to get an icon flat color illustration, the base price of such a commission is 20$, so adding a second character would cost 85% of 20$ rather than the full 20$, or in other words, 17$. The more characters you add the more of a discount you can get!
